On the go
A pocket-sized format for travel and days on the move.
How to use it
The tip does the cleaning. The case acts as a handle.
The stick is secured at the front of the holder. A small cleaning tip remains exposed.

Open the case
Remove the cap to expose the cleaning part of the stick.
Use the tip
Hold the case by its body. The natural fibres at the tip of the stick are the part used for dental care.
Replace the stick
Replace the entire stick when changing it. Keep the reusable case, which is designed for SIWELLA replacement sticks.
Tradition in a modern format
Natural siwak. Thoughtful design.
Siwak is a natural stick for dental care. Its cleaning part consists of plant fibres.
SIWELLA keeps this natural basis in a short replaceable stick. The reusable case combines a holder and cap to make siwak easy to take with you.

How do I start using miswak: where does the brush come from?
On a traditional miswak stick, separated fibres at the end form the brush. This explains why a smooth stick does not yet look like a toothbrush. SIWELLA uses a short replacement stick in a holder. Preparation, wetting and fitting need instructions for this specific format; SIWELLA’s step-by-step instructions are not yet published. Do not transfer a long-stick trimming method to the short stick.
No. It provides additional care during the day. SIWELLA does not replace brushing your teeth in the morning and evening.
How long does one stick or a pack of 10 last?
10 sticks is the pack quantity, not a promise of 10 days or a month of care. SIWELLA replaces the whole stick and retains the case. Uses per stick and routine replacement criteria are not yet established, so a monthly supply or cost per day cannot currently be calculated reliably. Compare pack contents and pack price, rather than an assumed duration.
Should I wash and dry miswak before closing the case?
A carrying case alone does not define how to care for a wet stick. For ordinary toothbrushes, the ADA recommends rinsing and air drying: a closed, moist environment promotes microbial growth. This is general toothbrush information, not a validated SIWELLA routine. Washing, drying and reuse instructions for our stick and case are not yet approved; a closed cap should not be assumed to replace drying.
Salvadora persica miswak contains compounds that contribute to its smell and taste; a plant product is not necessarily neutral-tasting. A characteristic smell does not prove freshness, nor does bitterness prove quality. This is general plant information. SIWELLA’s acceptable smell and taste profile is not yet published, so an unusual or unpleasant smell cannot automatically be treated as normal. Smell alone cannot establish that a stick is fit for use.
